Send the production as it came. In 72 hours you get a workbook of every transaction in the set, each cited to its page and line, with the transfers, payments and balances that bear on your question flagged, so the deposition, the conference or the objections start from records already tied out.
The platform behind this service was built for a New York litigation practice.
Founding terms: the first 8 matters booked by Friday, December 18, 2026.
Want to see it on your own documents first? Send up to 50 pages for a free index.
Run personally by Kevin Matos, Tessera Strategy, Queens, New York.
One fixed fee. Here is what it buys, and what each piece would take to produce another way.
| What you get | What it is | Value |
|---|---|---|
| The cited findings workbook | Every transaction in the set, one row per figure, with amount, date, parties, flag, confidence, my reviewer note, and the document, page and line it came from; the rows that bear on your question flagged | $6,000 |
| The source index | One row per document: type, period, pages, parties and a SHA-256 hash. Also as CSV for your review platform. | $2,250 |
| Entities and open questions | Every person, entity, account and alias, marked on or off the sworn statement; every gap and unreadable page, with what would resolve it | $750 |
| The summary memo | Two to four pages: the short answer, the key findings with their row IDs, the limits | $1,200 |
| The audit log | Every processing step, append-only, with hashes, so the method can be laid out under cross | $800 |
| The walkthrough | 30 minutes on the findings and how to check any row | $200 |
| The corrections window | Five business days. Any error fixed, logged and re-versioned. Row IDs never change. | $300 |
| The destruction certificate | The set destroyed at close (NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, Purge), signed, item by item, with the custody log | $150 |
| The deficiency list | Missing statements and documents by account and month, worded to paste into your deficiency letter | $300 |
| Questions the records raise | 10 to 20 entries for deposition or conference prep, each with its citation. What the record shows and doesn't explain; what to ask is your call. | $800 |
| The method statement | Two pages on how the work was done, for any disclosure of AI use you decide to make | $400 |
| The expert walkthrough | The same 30 minutes for your forensic accountant or expert | $200 |
| The protective-order checklist | Twelve checks for putting any outside vendor under your order | Free on this site |
| Total | $13,350 | |
| Your fee | $2,500 |
| What you get | What it is | Value |
|---|---|---|
| The follow-up mini-sweep | Up to 100 more pages within 60 days of delivery (the missing months, a supplemental production). Send the new pages with your v1 workbook; the rows are added with new row IDs and the old ones never change | $500 |
| Priority start | Through June 30, 2027, your next matter takes the next open slot, ahead of the queue | Included |
How values are set. Each value is the hours a person would need to produce the piece, at $150 an hour for staff time and $400 an hour for professional time, or my price for the piece on its own. Both rates sit below Clio's 2025 New York averages ($227 an hour for non-lawyer staff, $426 for lawyers). The hours are my estimates for a production of about 3,000 documents, set low on purpose. Your firm's rates may differ.
I run every matter myself, one at a time, on one offline machine. That holds Evidence Sweep to at most four matters a month. Email or call before you pay and you'll have the next open start date the same business day. If you pay when the month is full, I send the first open start date within the business day, and if it doesn't work for your deadline, I refund the fee in full before any work starts.
The first 8 matters booked by 11:59 PM ET on Friday, December 18, 2026 include the follow-up mini-sweep and priority scheduling through June 30, 2027. A matter is booked when it's paid online or invoiced at your request. Founding terms close at the eighth booked matter or at that time, whichever comes first. Priority is about scheduling, not price. For the mini-sweep, send the new pages with your v1 workbook, because the original set is destroyed at close.
Why they end: Evidence Sweep is new and has no public record yet, so the first clients take a chance on it. After eight matters, or at year end, it has a record of its own, and I set the 2027 terms from it in January. The date won't move.

Flags are pattern observations for review, not conclusions. The citation gate is structural: a finding cannot be written without a source reference.
A mixed set, as it was produced. Up to about 3,000 documents per matter.
Everything in the table above. The workbook is a first pass your attorney or CPA verifies, built to drop into a brief or an exhibit list.
I'm Kevin Matos, founder of Tessera Strategy in Queens. I'm a fractional CTO to law firms. I built and operate an air-gapped legal AI platform for a New York litigation practice, and Evidence Sweep runs on it.
I run every matter myself. I'm not a lawyer or a CPA. That is why the workbook is a first pass your attorney or CPA verifies, and why every figure points to its page and line.
Each one is useful on its own, whether or not you ever start a matter.
Founding terms for the first 8 matters booked by December 18, 2026.
How you bill the work to your client is your call. The workbook is yours to put in front of the court, the client, or the other side's expert. Full terms, in plain words.
Start a matterThree steps: pay, confirm the matter, send the set. The 72 hours start when the last of those is done.
