How each row reads

One row per figure per source. A finding that rests on several figures gets several rows with the same number and a letter. Each row carries the document ID, page and line, a confidence level, and my reviewer note.

Possible matches between entities are flagged, never merged. Unreadable pages and missing statements go to Open Questions with what would resolve them.

How it sits with your professional obligations

Confidentiality. AICPA guidance on giving client information to a third-party service provider points to two routes: a confidentiality agreement with the provider, or the client's specific consent. I sign your agreement before anything moves.
Engagement path. When the work supports litigation, counsel may prefer to retain me directly or countersign the engagement. Whether privilege attaches is counsel's call.
Your opinion stays yours. The workbook is a first pass your team verifies. It is not an audit, review, compilation or valuation, and it gives no assurance.
Billing. How you bill the work to your client is your call.
No referral fees. I don't pay or accept referral fees. If you send me a matter, or I send you one, nothing changes hands.

Data handling, in one paragraph

The analysis runs on dedicated hardware with no internet connection, and no document, excerpt or metadata goes to any cloud model or third party. Each matter has its own encrypted volume. I handle every document myself. Receipt, every processing run, delivery and destruction are logged with dates, counts and hashes, and the set is destroyed at close with a signed certificate.
