Tessera Strategy is a one-person firm run by Kevin Matos. This page says plainly what information the site and an engagement collect, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. No tracking cookies, no advertising networks, no sale of your information, ever.

1. What the site collects

• Forms. When you ask for a guide, a template, a free index or a call, the form collects your name, email address, firm and role, and the item you asked for. That is all. A hidden field catches bots; it holds nothing about you.
• Checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's pages. I see your name, email, the matter name and the counsel of record you type there, and the payment status. I never see your card or bank details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what Stripe collects.
• Email and phone. When you write or call, I keep the correspondence in my mailbox.
• Site analytics. The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Cloudflare, which serves the site, logs requests for security in the ordinary way.

2. Why I collect it

To send you the item you asked for, to reply to you, to start and run a matter you have paid for, and, if you agreed on the form, to send a short note about Evidence Sweep now and then. Each of those emails carries an unsubscribe line, and a reply saying "no thanks" removes you the same day.

3. Where it lives and for how long

• Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare datastore attached to this site and in my mailbox (Google Workspace). I keep them while I am in touch with you and delete them within 12 months of the last contact, or sooner on request.
• Documents you send for a matter are handled under the engagement terms: offline, on hardware I own, never on a cloud AI, destroyed at close with a signed certificate.
• Payment records stay with Stripe and in my accounting for as long as tax law requires.

4. Who sees it

Me. No subcontractors. The services that carry it for me are Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments) and, if I turn it on, Resend (sending the item you asked for by email). None of them may use your information for their own purposes beyond running the service.

5. Your choices

• Ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it: email [email protected] and I do it within 10 business days and confirm.
• Unsubscribe from notes at any time by replying "no thanks" or using the line in any email.
• California residents have the rights above and a right to know that I do not sell personal information and do not track you across other sites. The site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because it does not track you in the first place.
