Three steps, one business day.
Pay, confirm the matter, send the set. The 72 hours start when the last of those is done.
- Pay$2,500 fixed. Pay online by card, Apple Pay, Link or US bank debit, or request an invoice for a bank transfer. You accept the terms at checkout. Want a start date first? Email or call and you'll have the next open date the same business day.Founding terms apply on their own to the first 8 matters booked by December 18, 2026.
- ConfirmI reply within the business day with a short intake: the question to answer, the parties, the date range, the document count, and the protective order if there is one.
- SendYour own secure file-share, or an encrypted link I provide at no cost. Large sets travel on an encrypted drive by courier. Send the set as produced; no sorting needed.
Payment received
Thank you. Step 1 is done. Within the business day you get a confirmation email with the intake questions, then the transfer channel. If you paid by bank debit, that email follows when the debit clears, usually within four business days. Please send no documents until then.
Pay online
Secure checkout by Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay or US bank debit. Checkout asks for the matter name and the counsel of record, and for your acceptance of the terms. A receipt comes by email. If the month is full when you pay, you get the first open start date within the business day, and a full refund before any work starts if it doesn't fit your deadline.
Pay $2,500 online
Bank debit takes a few business days to clear. The clock starts when it does.
Prefer an invoice
Email the matter type and a rough document count and you get an invoice with bank-transfer details the same business day. The clock starts when the transfer clears.
What happens after payment
- Within the business day: a confirmation email with the intake questions and, if your matter has a protective order, a request for the order so I can sign the vendor acknowledgment first.
- When the full set is in and confirmed complete: an email with the clock start and the due time, 72 hours later.
- At delivery: the findings workbook, source index, memo and audit log, plus a 30-minute walkthrough.
- Five business days of corrections, then destruction of the set with a signed certificate.
